How to see what Claude Code changed
Diana records every command, file edit and dollar of each agent session on your machine, and shows the files an agent changed beside the terminal that changed them, with the changed lines marked. It also reads the sessions Claude Code and Codex already saved, so your past work shows up too.
What you can see
- Changes: every file the session touched, opened beside its terminal, with added and removed lines marked.
- Output: what the agent made that is not code: documents, PDFs, videos, web pages. They open in the same pane, and a running dev server can be previewed there too.
- The record: every command, read, edit and test run, in order. Any session can be played back like a tape.
- The cost: tokens and dollars per session.
When the agent says it is done
Diana checks what the session said against what it did. If an agent says “all tests pass” and the record has no passing test run, Diana says so, and cites the exact events. Each finished session gets one plain answer: no problems found, worth a look first, or do not ship this yet.
Sessions from before you installed Diana
Claude Code and Codex already save their sessions on your disk. Diana imports them on first run, so the history is there from day one instead of starting empty.
Where it lives
Everything stays in one local file on your machine. Diana does not upload your code, your prompts or your history.
Questions
Can I see what Claude Code did in a past session?
Yes. Diana imports the sessions Claude Code and Codex already saved on your disk, and shows each one's commands, file changes and cost.
Does Diana send my code anywhere?
No. The record is a local file on your machine. Nothing from it is uploaded.
Does it work with Codex too?
Yes. Codex sessions are recorded and imported the same way.
